The Proficiency Testing program is designed to standardize the hematopoietic colony-forming unit (CFU) assay. Participants will be assessed on their proficiency at performing cord blood colony CFU assays using frozen cord blood, focusing on the following aspects:
1. Sample Preparation
2. Plating and Set-up of Colony CFU Assay
3. Colony Enumeration and Identification
