The SARS-CoV-2 (ORF10) Peptide Pool is a lyophilized mixture of 7 peptides from open reading frame 10 (ORF10) protein of SARS-CoV-2. SARS-CoV-2 ORF10 is a unique protein in SARS-CoV-2 strain of coronaviruses and it interacts with members of Cullin 2 (CUL2) RING E3 ligase complex for ubiquitination and degradation of restriction factors. The pool consists of 15-mer peptides with 11-amino-acid overlaps that cover amino acids 1 - 38 on ORF10.
