Figure 1. Flow Cytometry Analysis of Human PBMCs
(A) Flow cytometry analysis of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) labeled with Mouse IgG2a, kappa Isotype Control Antibody, Clone MOPC-173, followed by a rat anti-mouse IgG2a antibody, PE (solid line histogram). Filled histogram shows labeling with a mouse IgG2a, kappa positive control antibody (Anti-Human CD45RO Antibody, Clone UCHL1, Catalog #60097) followed by a rat anti-mouse IgG2a antibody, PE. (B) E18 cortical rat neurons were cultured using the NeuroCult™ SM1 Neuronal Culture Kit (Catalog #05712) on poly-lysine-coated glass coverslips, then fixed and labeled with Mouse IgG2a, kappa Isotype Control Antibody, Clone MOPC-173, followed by donkey anti-mouse IgG, Alexa Fluor® 488 and DAPI counterstaining (inset), or with a positive control antibody of the same isotype, Anti-Human Beta-Tubulin III Antibody, Clone AA10 (Catalog #60100), followed by donkey anti-mouse IgG, Alexa Fluor® 488 (green) and DAPI counterstaining (blue).
